  • Unsatisfactory Work: If the work provided does not meet agreed-upon specifications and substantial revisions cannot address the issues, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project before work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund. Once work has started, a partial refund based on the completed work may be offered.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Order Cancelation: Our cancellation and refund policy does not apply if you cancel the order after 12 hours.
  • Completed Services: Once the service is fully delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be issued.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after the service has been delivered as per the project scope.
  • Dissatisfaction due to Client-Provided Input: If the final product or service is unsatisfactory due to inaccurate, unclear, or incomplete information provided by the client, no refund will be issued.
  • Third-Party Services: Fees paid for third-party tools, plugins, or services (e.g., hosting, domain registrations) are non-refundable.

3. Process for Refund Requests

  • To request a refund, you must:

    • Refund policy does not apply if you cancel the order after 12 hours.
