- Pricing: All prices for services will be provided upfront and agreed upon in a proposal or contract.
- Payment Method: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed payment methods.
- Payment Schedule: A deposit may be required before starting the project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Full payment must be received before final deliverables are handed over.
- Late Payments: If payments are not received by the agreed-upon deadline, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is made.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary to complete the project. Any delays in delivering content, feedback, or other materials required for the project can impact the timeline and may incur additional charges.
5. Revisions and Changes
We offer a limited number of revisions, as specified in the service contract, for all design, development, and digital marketing work. Any additional revisions beyond this limit may result in extra charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receiving full payment, you will receive ownership of the final deliverables, including website files, logos, and designs. However, Maiden Digital reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate the contract at any time, with reasonable notice. If the project is terminated after work has begun, the client will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point. Any deposit paid is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Use of Website
By accessing our website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to post, transmit, or distribute any material that violates any applicable law or regulation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Maiden Digital will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information exchanged during the course of the project private and will not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (such as hosting platforms, domain providers, or other tools) to assist in delivering our services. We are not responsible for any issues that arise due to third-party service failures.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
